Optical Vial Inspection Machine SPINS-240 PLC

The equipement is said to be an online powder vial optical inspection machine model SPINS-240.

The inspection machine is used to check powder vials online cosmetically. The machine comprises mainly three parts I.E. Unscrambler, main machine & scrambler. The machine is directly connected to the sealing machine from input side and to the labelling machine to the output side. The vials fed from the sealing machines are collected on the unscrambler and is oriented properly to feed all of the four tracks uniformly of the machine. Vials fed through the unscrambler are further tilted to an particular angle by inverter channels provided at the input of the machine. Then the vials are conveyed through the nylon roller conveyor where the rollers are rotated on its axis which leads to rotate vials too, so the periphery of the vials, bottom, sealing area & the top surface through rear mirrors are visible to the operators. And related rejected vials are ejected manually by the operators, and rest of the vials are allowed to proceed further to the inverted channels which again erects the vials and is collected on the scrambler which is transfers for the further process.
